I've never had to replace the u bolts. If they axle is twisting then they just need to be tightened. I use a breaker bar. Should be 5/8" I think. You can buy new u bolts but make sure they fit your lift.

The only sure way to keep from repeating, would be to weld the spring perch to the axle tube, problem solved.
