Default what is this gizmo?

200 cc ds 48v series.
this is the back of the panel where key switch is on. What is the black gizmo near the bottom with the red and orange wire? i dont think its the flasher, i found that and it has 3 wires. the tag is smudged, cant read it

if you look at the "reverse" buzzer in the 95-03 48 volt electric club car wiring diagram cut away i posted ..
it has the two screw holes like his photo "black gizmo near the bottom with the red and orange wire

The highlighted key switch wires threw me off

oh .. lol was from when someone asked about the key switch wire colors

wayneh ... the buzzer has 2 wires your 3rd wire (orange off the red) appears to be the power for your meter
