Default 2000 DS Sepex SeriesII...Need more speed!

Hello,

As the title reads, I'm looking to get more speed for my Golf cart (its a 48V). It is only reaching 14 mph and I would at least like to see over 20 mph. I have searched and I'm just getting confused on what steps to take. Please guide me in the correct direction to make this cart get up and go!!! I do little offroading and small hills (TX Gulf Coast).

Thx in advance!!!!!
