It ran good. But suddenly stopped moving. Luckily it stopped at the house not on the course. Lol.

Maybe because you have a gas pedal on a battery cart. You need a battery pedal

Okay I switched out the MCOR box with my friends and the cart still wouldn't move.
Any ideas??

Did you try your buddies motor? Get a wiring diagram and check all wiring. Then check it again. Post a picture of the battery compartment

Hmmm, maybe start checking voltage at different points on the cart, start at the pack, then solenoid, (both sides) controller ect

You have pretty much changed out everything, so only thing left would be a no voltage problem.

Ill try the motor next. I might as well eliminate everything.

Is that a melted post on main positive? Did it happen when the cart stopped working?

I am havig the same problem out of a 2001...This has turned into the most difficult problem to find that I have ever ran into...

Wish that I coild help...but...my mind is blown too!!
