Default 2006 CC Car Precedent MCOR

I HAVE A 06 PRECEDENT WITH A (6") Lift, 23" tires and a rear seat. The motor and controller are stock with new batteries. The cart does not want to move until the pedal is pushed almost half way down. Once pushed down there is a delay and then the cart will take off. I was planning on replacing the MCOR but wanted to make sure that was the problem.

Also does anyone know if there is another spot to find the serial number besides the dash.

Thanks

In the service manual you can test the mcor without a IQDM tool
Best way is find a dealer have him plug in IQDM and you can read percent of throttle input.I'd rule everything out before investing in an mcor.

Down load the manual and test it on your own.
