Funky, down right annoying
Man, the old club car has done me well for years, so, I guess it's time for something. My alltrax is giving me 2red blinks over and over. Solenoid clicks, sometimes I get the green light and it will go, sometimes not. So far I have replaced my pb-6 and verified a good short on my 2 wires coming from the pb6 all the way back to the plug removed from the alltrax. I can't find anything in alltrax troubleshooting on dcx for 2red blinks. On the axe it says controller tend below -25 degrees. Not hardly!! Any ideas? Thanks

Well. I jumped the solenoid also. That didn't work. Does anybody low what the 2 red blinks means on dcx controller?

Re: Funky, down right annoying
I've never dealt with Alltrax controllers before, but I'm sure it is a problem of some sort...
I think they are supposed to be steady green when working properly right? Hopefully someone with more knowledge will chime in soon... |

Re: Funky, down right annoying
2 red is under operating temperature in the DX also. But like you say, that's not hardly possible in August. So we have a 2 yr old control which is throwing errant error codes. Is this first sign of trouble in paradise? I would call Alltrax tech support and ask what they know about this. Find the serial # and the born on date before you call.

Re: Funky, down right annoying
Well I am plugged in to my alltrax and there is no way to change a temp setting. I have no clue what to do. Alltrax tech is closed today. Somebody bail me out quick! Please!!

Monitoring controller temp while riding. The temp will change from -65 to 35 Celsius. It jumps all over the place on every refresh. Any way to disable this gauge on alltrax? I'm running field map 47. Not sure if that makes a difference

Re: Funky, down right annoying
Turns out voltage on the frame causes the temp to jump around on those alltrax controllers. I took a reading from b- of the controller and the frame and saw 30vdc. Going to take the batteries out and clean the battery tray real good, I didn't notice any skint wires, that's about all I know to look for. Wanted to post those results and see if any suggestions on other places to look that would cause voltage on the frame. Thanks
