Default Help Trouble shooting 2002 Club Car

Ok I haven't worked on an electric cart in a while. I have a 2002 Club car 48 volt series cart. The cart worked fine until a motor brush burnt off a shunt, upon further inspection I found some serious damage to the inside of the motor. At this point I have replaced the motor and it checked out good wiring it strait to the batteries. The cart still does not work. The solenoid clicks both forward and reverse but no movement at the motor. At this point I need to know how to further diagnose the computer and controller

Are you sure your motor wires are properly connected to controller and F&R switch.

Yes checked them twice. My thought is from the motor damage it took something out with it

OK at this point I have Replaced the motor controller and solenoid. I got the Altrax stock non programmable controller. When I press the pedal the solenoid clicks and the motor does not turn.....When I was holding down the accel pedal attempting to take voltage readings after about 15 seconds the motor started turning? So now if you hit the pedal there is a long delay before the motor starts and once it is turning it speeds up and slows down by itself????
