Default Missing Frame Pieces - 2003 DS

Club Car DS 2003

So, I bought this cart a few weeks ago and once I got the body off to do my 6" All Sports Super Sport lift I noticed that some of the frame was missing where I'm assuming the back seat is going to mount to eventually.

This is my first cart and the first time I've ever really had a "toy" to fix up or mess with. You can see in the attached pictures that One of the supports is snapped. I'm thinking I should just get new metal welded on or something, but does anyone know what kind of metal/size/guage etc... I need? Anyone out there do metal work that would be willing to give me a quote to cut the pieces and send them my way?

Any direction here, would be appreciated. Thanks!

The lift went on pretty smoothly though. Had to buy some new tie rod ends (on their way). The thread on the others wouldn't accept the nut again.

JSPANG,

Nice looking lift. Yes I don't see why you could just replace weld in some new alum. While your ther with everything apart look for any other problem areas. Looks like you will be done in time for deer season.

That's the plan! I bought a new truck a couple months back and I don't want to take it out to the pasture. Haha! There's another break on the very back of the frame, but someone else has already spliced it with a steel strip. It's basically just holding the bumper on, so I'm not too concerned about that part. Light kit is in the mail too. Tires are sitting waiting to be put on. I'm pretty amped! But since I have it in pieces I'd like to fix anything I can right now.
