After two people telling me it should be swapped, as soon as I have the cart full functioning that will be the first "upgrade" so to speak.

2003 DS 48v with full enclosure no body damage batteries less then 1yr old good tires and charger I paid $400....... Needs a motor controller. It drives but smokes. Found a company that sells referb with 1yr warranted for $175.... Not gonna complain!

I was on the phone with a Curtis tech earlier today and they had me run a few continuity (ohm) tests on the controller and verified it was the problem. The motor runs no problem. I literally drove it onto the trailer. Smelled a little funny but it moved like nothing was wrong. lol.
