With farm equipment, the grease will often harden keeping anymore from entering. I usually apply a little heat with a propane torch and it will free up. Sometimes you can take a small wire or paper clip and run it in the hole where the zerk goes and free it up. I am assuming you checked the new zerk by pumping grease through it with it out of the spindle?

Never worked on a club car but if it has bushings it may have spun.

Take the grease fitting back out and make sure the hole going threw the spindle isn't clogged with dirt or such.

If you jack up the axle and let the weight off of the spindle, it may take grease. I had to do this on mine. Put some pressure on the gun and raise and lower the axle at the same time. it may take awhile, but it will usually start taking grease. Also it lets the grease get into the lower part of the spindle, which normally would be pressed down from the carts weight.

Put grease in your grease gun! Lmao! All those are good tips! You likely need to rebush the king pin. Does you steering wheel feel tight?

O crap...I forgot to load the grease gun Just kidding the gun is full I doubled checked. Took the zerk back out and used a piece of wire to break up the hard grease. Then sprayed some super lube into the hole. Put the zerk back on pumped it up and finally got it.

I really think those king pins need to come out though. Some rusty looking grease came out. I've never worked on a cart before. So you say there is a plastic bushing inside? Is the bushing in the spindle or does it slide over the king pin? Where can I buy bushings? Also do the tie rod ends have to come off to work on the king pins? I don't have tie rod fork....sorry so many questions. This is my first cart. Thanks again for any help
