Default Charger does not kick off

I have a 2006 Precedent, new batteries about 2 weeks new, the batteries have charged fine until today. Drove the cart around the neigborhood, pulled into garage and plugged in the charger and it did not kick on as it normally does. The charger worked fine yesterday and I assume the cart charged normally overnight as it was at 0 when I unhooked the charger before I drove it this afternoon. What are my troubleshooting steps? I assume the issue could be the charger or the OBC? Someone tell me where to start.

What is your current pack voltage? If the pack is fully charged the OBC has no reason to turn on the charger. So lets start there.

1. Verify house circuit breaker isn't tripped.
2. Verify circuit breaker in charger isn't tripped.
3. Verify sense lead fuse in cart is good.
4. Verify fuse on back of charger port on cart is good.

. . . there's a start . . .
