precedent stopped dead in reverse
08 precedent. "PH" cart.
I was backing out of the garage when I heard a "snap" sound, and the cart stopped. I then turned off the key, put it in tow, and it will not move. I put it in tow and neutral, so I could push it back in the garage, but it won't budge! When I plug the charger in, I hear constant quick beeps, whether the switch is in forward or reverse. Both front wheels will spin freely. I jacked up the rear, and the right rear wheel will turn, but the left rear is locked up, and will not turn at all. What is wrong? Also what is this beeps all about? Help please. Thanks |

Sounds like a brake shoe let loose!! Get the left rear hub off somehow and look.

I am sure the beeps are some sort of diagnostic code on an Excel cart.
