What is the diff between a DS and a Precedent Cart????

Not a whole lot, mainly aesthetics. The Precedent looks more modern.
The drive systems are pretty much the same, except the Excel system, which is an option on the Precedents.
Both have aluminum frames...

I was thinking one was a 2 seater and the other was a four seater, just wanted to know.
I am new to this and am full of questions that have probably been asked before

Any of them are able to be two or four seaters. Adding the rear seat is cheap and easy.

Stock, both DS and Precedents come as 2 seaters. You can buy rear seat kits to make either a 4 seater...

I am subject to correction but I thought all Precedents were Excel from 2008.5 on. If you get a DS it could be a series, regen1, regen2 or IQ depending on year.
