What is the diff between a DS and a Precedent Cart????

Not a whole lot, mainly aesthetics. The Precedent looks more modern.
The drive systems are pretty much the same, except the Excel system, which is an option on the Precedents. Both have aluminum frames... |

Any of them are able to be two or four seaters. Adding the rear seat is cheap and easy.

Stock, both DS and Precedents come as 2 seaters. You can buy rear seat kits to make either a 4 seater...
