Default New member with a cart I won

Hey everyone, new member here. I won this cart through a raffle a co-worker was having. I know its a 1996 Club Car. Thats about it. 36v I believe (unless they are 8v batteries) Haven't played with it much. I received it yesterday and through it on the charger. Will get a chance to play around this weekend.

Welome to BGW!!

That's a nice cart! I think I spy a round charging plug and receptacle, so I'd guess it's a 48 volt. If your batteries have 3 holes each, its 36 volt, but if there are 4 holes each, its 48 volt. Have fun with your new cart!

welcome to BGW

count the water holes in batteries
3 holes = 6v battery
4 holes = 8v battery
6 holes = 12v battery

Thanks for the info! It is indeed a round charging port. I'll count the holes tonight!

CONGRATS on the ride, and Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to BGW. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, wive's, husbands, girlfirends and boyfriends here don't care....and take it easy.

oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here.

Welcome!!
