Welcome to the forum...
Your cart has 5 solenoids located to the rear of the battery pack. The one on the driver side is a master and the 4 remaining are speed control switches. Each solenoid has a micro switch which activates the solenoid at the correct time in the acceleration of the cart. No movement at all indicates a malfunction of the Master solenoid. There are two components which make this failure possible....Jack the cart up. Put it securely on blocks.
Test with a voltmeter for power at the small solenoid terminals with the key on and the gas peddle slightly depressed. You should see the power come and go with the activation of the micro switch by the gas peddle. If you get a reading across the 2 small terminals ( micro switch okay) check to see if there is power coming in on 1 of the large terminals. Now with the peddle depressed the power should be going through the solenoid. It should be 'hot' on both large terminals. If not you have a bad solenoid. It is a 36v Club car solenoid.

the master solenoid is the only solenoid with power across the two large posts at any peddle position but all have power across the two small posts at various peddle positions

If the cart is jacked up and secure ...you can place a jumper wire from one big terminal to the other big terminal on the master. Touch the gas and see if it runs..If it does seeif it has all 4 'gears' clicking on...

if its all or nothing like in throwing you backwards than you have a few more bad solenoids, good chance the 1st and 2nd speed solenoids are bad.......are the resistor coils ok? not broken ot touching one another? 1st and 2nd are the ones next to the master............................
