Default Reverse buzzer install after controller conversion

Hi everyone, I have a 1989 Club Car 36v that i just converted from a resistor cart to a FSIP 700 amp controller. Can anyone help me, I'm trying to reinstall the reverse buzzer and cannot figure it out.

I looked on the F&R switch for a second micro-switch, but there is not a place to mount a second one.

Is there a anyway to reinstall the buzzer?

I think you stack the 2nd micro next to the first. Might need longer micro switch bolts. Some of the newer carts have three micros stacked together.
Check last pages of this?

Yes Scottyb is correct. I do not have that same F&R switch as in the other picture. He would know, he sold it to me.

Without buying another switch (or asking for an exchange if possible ) looks like I can add a second micro switch to the existing mount. Then I would have to (epoxy) add something to the F/R cam to trip the micro switch when it only was in reverse. I'll have to look at it a little closer to see if this is feasible. Not sure which one would be easier.

If you look closely at the other F&R switch you can see that part of the (F/R) cam is thicker on one side, so the micro switch is only tripped in one direction...reverse.

I know it seems like a lot of work just for the buzzer. The cart is not mine, its my Dad's and he is accustom to hearing the "buzz" when its in reverse.

Thanks for your help

. . . not to sound dumb, as I have no experience with this type of cart, but couldn't one just tap into the 18v feed from the f/r switch with the + feed from the buzzer so when selector is put into reverse, it also sends voltage to buzzer? Buzzers are rated at 9-48v . . .

The standard conversion kit F&R holds one micro switch which activates in both directions.
In order to have a micro switch that activates in reverse only you will need a different F&R or modify yours with an additional micro switch and a trigger.
