I stopped by, see you are still wrestling this devil cart. Mid 90s resistor coil cart with V glide and resistor coils.... I can only think of 2 things might make it do this
1. the v-glide is welded in the WOT position = remove cover and check operation
2. The high amperage cables are in the wrong locations Check the location of the white cable on the F&R particularly... You have a diagram for this cart yet?

Hey there scotty. This is a club car with the 5 solenoids and resistors. I junked the other one because of the v glide and go this one not running. When I push the pedal down and the first micro switch clicks it is going to full speed. I put new solenoids on it already.

Just out of curiousity, try disconnecting the small wire from the end solenoid (opposite end of the main solenoid) and see if You then have low speeds but no high speed.

Most people have trouble with the 5 solenoid speed control system because they don't understand how it works. This is true of a lot of things and this system is no exception.
So let me try to help clear up how the system works. There are five micro switches in the silver box at the end of the gas peddle linkage under the drivers seat. There are five solenoids. One solenoid is the master solenoid in the other four are speeds. The master solenoid is the one farthest to the driver's side of the cart.

Each of the solenoids is activated by a microswitch in the silver box. The five micro switches are activated sequentially when the gas pedal is pressed. So that when the gas pedal is pressed initially the master solenoid is activated. The master solenoid then feeds power to each of the speed solenoids. Now the speed solenoids are ready to be activated. They must be activated in the proper order to get the proper speeds. There speeds range from lowest on the driver's side to highest on the passenger side.

Put the cart up on blocks. Remove the seat. Using your hand to push the gas pedal down listen carefully to hear both the micro switches and the solenoid's click as they are activated.

OK I have removed the white wire on the far end solenoid coming from the F&R. Now the cart will not run but I can hear each solenoid fire in order like they are supposed to. Anymore tricks?????

No tricks, just a diagram and a cart with one wire in the wrong place. You are at a much better vantage point than I am to see it.
Hold the diagram and look the wiring over piece by piece...line by line.

OK I have gone over every wire they are all right. I still get wide open on first solenoid click. Could it be the last solenoid or the top end solenoid is stuck??? Also I have to jiggle the F&R switch to get it to go in forward sometimes.

I could be??? Do they click sequentially when tested on jack stands as suggested earlier?

Can you start posting some pictures of your wiring - like a nice clear picture of the F&R showing all the cables?
