new here 48 volt solenoid
I am new here and I have looked all over this site for some info. The wireing of a solenoid 48 volt.Goes on a 1995 cc bought in pieces and trying to pick them up now .I am not real sure what wires went where it did not have one on it could some one spare me the head ache And give me some direction on what wires go where any help is much appreciated.

ok got the solenoid on and cart is still dead new battery cables,new micro switches, new solenoid ,trojan batt are only 4 yrs old & charger kicks on and then off after about 2 hours of charging so this adds to my troubles back to square one it has become a familiar place! any advice would be a great helpplease

you can try getting a jumper wire and jumping from the small post on the solenoid where the yellow wire is attached over to the negitive post on the #6 battery the rear battery on drivers side try that and let us know if cart runs................................

found a loose wire ground I think yellow off the side of the solenoid mounting bracket now card motor will hum and wheels try to jerk when I hit the peddle but still no go .I tried the six neg. to small post with yellow nothing thank you soo much for the reply any more ideas are welcomed thanks agin

at this point it sounds like a battery/ cable issue.........thats where i would concentrate.................................

Ok this is where I am at put cart on charger 7 pm last night 7am still charging down to 5 from 10 when it started is this right for a 48 volt power drive charger? or am I looking at a few new batteries? you guys have been great so far thanks for the support. Yes to scottyb the cart is in controll LOL !I mean has controller!
