Like Scotter said, make sure it's flush with the others and that the wiper contact on the arm is contacting all the contacts on the box flush. Once you've got that determined, get some emery cloth and shine up those contacts so that they make good contact - hold out on the wiper arm and do the contact on it also.

7/16 nut on the back I think , ......I had mine out so it was pretty easy , if yours is still mounted you would need to take a few batteries out.......if they clean up good there really is no need I guess but my top two were fairly worn so I just did a quick swap......

So I cleaned the contacts and all the wire terminals. But I think I discovered another issue. I have 2012 6v Interstates in the cart. I took it through the neighborhood after the charger shut off. I went up a very gradual hill and the cart almost died. As a matter of fact, the cart just about dies on every hill it climbs. I'm thinking I have at least 1 bad cell in the batteries. I'm going to get a Hydrometer and test all of them. The batteries have a warranty, so if there is an issue, I can get a replacement 2012 for free. Or maybe that is just how these resistor 36v carts are. Any insight is appreciated.
