yes thats right unless you have a reducer, depending on the reducer if it comes with the grounding block where you can plug 4 wires to it than they use batt. 5 for the hotspot..............................

Ok, that sounds good. I'm new here and when no one responded I put my 2 cents in. I'm sure you know more about his problem than I. I just purchased my first cart and lifted it and upgraded motor to a torque and speed and installed a convertor for 12 volt lighting.
