Update! Everything checked out good except the plug in for the charger. Put a meter on the batteries and they were at 50.92.... Each battery was from 12.73-12.75.... This cart had been sitting between a year and two years unused so due to the corrison on the cart receptacle I am assuming it wasn't making a good connection and maybe that's what was causing the delay on the charger coming on? Cleaned it up and charger came on just like it was supposed too.... Thanks so much for yall's help!! Drove the cart after around 9 holes and checked the batteries and they were at 50.33.... Great site and I really appreciate the help!!
