48v cc charge ???

New trojan t875 an new cables. I think my obc is bad. How long to charge bypassing the obc? ?? Or what should the pack read in volts? Thanks in advanced

Mine reads about 52.1 after the charger has cut off and charge has settled.

I usually wait a couple of hours to check it.

Ok was at 49.4 before i put the charger on it. Safe to say let charge for 2 hours or so?

No. Let it charge until your charger automatically cuts off. At 49.4, your batteries are only 70% of a full charge.

What is happening or not happening to make you think the OBC may be bad?

When i put new cables on i did not know you have to run the - back through the obc. Ran another wire back through but it only charges for maybe 10 minutes or so. Just for now but i am bypassing it now . Just needed to know how long to let the charger let run wide open or the max volts to turn it off at.

Are you using the same charger you used before? If so, I think you have to bypass the OBC function in your charger as well for it to charge without the OBC. I would get the OBC working again before charging. It will be easy to over charge the new batteries and cause damage to them. I would never bypass the OBC unless I was using a charger with an auto shutoff. There are a couple of easy options to utilize the OBC with your new cables. You can use a threaded stud or bolt through the OBC or a simple method many people use is to run you old battery cable back through the OBC like it was before and route your new one around the outside of the OBC.
