One guy bought the conversion in stages or segments. Spread out over 2 or 3 purchases. When he had it all he put it together.

I drove my 90 for 2 yrs before upgrading. Enjoy it! It will come together.
I'm still in my first phase which was the conversion from coils to controller. Currently have 48v charger, Med rear springs, headlight kit, Bandit motor waiting for some time to get freed up as well as some frog pelts for the new 48v Trojan battery pack.
