CC Precedent Issue
I have a 2010 club car precedent that will run fine most all the time. Every once in a while it will not move forward after pressing the pedal. If u move switch back to neutral or reverse, it will then start working fine again. Sometimes it will take me moving it back and forth several times to start back. Could the f/r switch be going bad? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Re: CC Precedent Issue
. . . are you pushing the GO pedal before or after putting cart in forward/reverse?

Pushing the go pedal after it is in f/r. Plan to use it Wednesday. Will get more details then.

Re: CC Precedent Issue
My '09 occasionally does the same thing. And yes the yellow dash light comes on, sometimes.

Re: CC Precedent Issue
Mine does this as well. I think it may happen after it has been on the charger, but it does not always happen after a charge. It seems like I have read the cause of this on the forum before, but can't remember. I switch F/R switch back and forth and pump the go peddle and it has never failed to start working. Maybe Tahoe Dawg or someone else will chime in on this.

Re: CC Precedent Issue
I just remembered of this. Sometimes IQ carts will go into 'sleep mode' and you have to wake them up by hitting the gas, then letting up, then hitting it again. And come to think of it, mine has done this before, and the orange light does come on for a few seconds. This wakes the cart up...
