Default Does this sound like an mcor problem?

04 Precedent. All stock.

batteries (4-12's) all are fine ( 12.74).

No problems in reverse. In forward, sometimes when taking off, get nothing. Eventually it will go. Sometimes when going forward, it will stop dead. If I throw it in reverse, then back to forward, it goes agai.

It is starting to do it more often. When taking off, if it won't go, if I keep foot down, sometimes it will start. I am thinking of replacing he mcor, but would like to be sure that is the problem first

Any help?

Dont change the MCOR if it's working fine in reverse. FWD and REV use the same MCOR. I'd be leaning more towards the F&R switch. Bypass the switch. Pop it out of the switch bezel, pull the wires off of it and jump the Orange to Brown for FWD. Drive it and see if it fails. If it does you can rule out the switch. If it works fine, you'll know you've narrowed your problem down to the switch.

I know lots of cart shops frequent this site for help with their customers carts. Please recognize the expense of running a website are much the same as your business. The donate button is on the top line of every page. Every little bit helps

Thank you on behalf of BGW. Keep us up and running.

And thank you David for donating your time and expertise on these */@Ω!? club cars.

Scotty , Thanks for reminding us.

It is so easy to take this site for granted. Sometimes we get our answer, and just leave until the next problem. I know I am guilty of that.

I will definitely donate, this site has helped many times!

Also, David has saved my *** many times. Thanks again for reminding us!!!

Tahoe, is the F/R the same for a 2010 model? I'm having similar issues with it. Thanks.
