Ok, maybe "loud" was a subjective word, but you honestly don't hear any "clicks" with the power switch off when you press your go pedal?

None. Micro switches produce a sound so faint there is no reason you should hear it thru the floor board or the seat bottom. If you do either you are supperman or your switches have something going on. lol

Remove all connections from the two large lugs. Put a multimeter across on continuity. Press accelerator. When it clicks your multimeter should read 0.00

Thanks Storm.

Just now getting to the golf cart troubleshooting. Too many other big projects kept getting in the way.

Thanks again

Remember the solenoid closest to the drivers side is the master. It must close (click) first to provide power to all the other solenoids. You can test the solenoids in place with the big cables on by connecting your black test lead to the main negative on the battery pack and then using the red lead to test for power at each side of a clicking solenoid. I hope this helps

I found this page via a google search. I'm interested in how or if '5 Salt' fixed his cart. I have the same model and problem
