Speed setting on an 06
OK folks, this is new to me. I understand from reading and some help from here that I have speed settings on my cart, an 06 IQ.
I use this thing primarily to get around the hunting club and to retrieve beer from a local mini mart. It is not lifted because I worry about my 14 & 16 YO's trying to flip it. No speed adjustment just yet either. It is right stock except for the 18" mud tires. Anyway, what would y'all have the speed setting set at. We have some hills. Some are moderate in slope and then there are a couple that are almost cliff like. And some are slick from chalk like mud and then there is also red clay. Contours on the land are from 308' above sea level down to 110' over about 3K acres. (Our club was at the beach a few hundred thousand or so years ago.) I need some torque but I would like some get up and go that the kids won't abuse. What would y'all look at setting it at? Thanks. |
