Charged??
I just picked up a 96 CC for the in laws. Nice little cart. I have a question about the charging system though. I left it on charge last night and it was still at 5 amps this morning. I swapped out the charger to my newer one and it stopped and continued charging at 5 amps as well.
With that being said, the aftermarket digital gauge says they are at 52 amps (and dropping). On my cart, the same gauge is higher than that (high 50s). Whats the opinion, batteries?? I was told they were 2 years old and maintained well.. I am beginning to question that! Thanks guys |

Re: Charged??
Check the water levels. Cycle the pack and recharge to be sure.
(take them down to 49v at rest and recharge. Try to see how high the pack peaks at under charge.) |

Re: Charged??
Update.. I stopped by my local CC dealer and discussed it with him. Though my cart normally charges rather quickly, he said I should leave the charger on this one for 16 hours and it will reset. It seems to have worked. He also said mine can do the same thing.
In any case, it "appears" to be resolved. Thanks |
