1992 Club Car DS
Hello, I have recently purchased a Club Car and wanted to repaint it. Is there any Step by step instructions or video on how to remove the body? Thanks.

Re: 1992 Club Car DS
just took off my 88...... If I remember right, rear body has 2 up front down by floor mat, 2 on rear by bumper, then 6 holding the head rest assembly.....front has 2 on the front bumper, 2 on top , then the trim around the dash had 4 or 6 small screws.......i had to fight every single one of them on mine.....vise grips, drill bits, wd40 and profanity......i think there is a diagram, I'll look when I get home.......

Re: 1992 Club Car DS
Thanks Budule. I have a 1992. Are you talking about screws or rivets that you had to remove. I will have to look at it when I get home this afternoon. I just ordered a rear seat kit for it and will probably put a 6" Jake's lift kit and new tires/rims on it in the future also. Thanks again for the response.

Here are some pics of a v-glide and resistor coils. The coils are behind the pack and the v-glide is between the batteries on the drivers side. |
