trying to find out what year my club car is
i have a club car ds it is missing the vin plate i was told by club car that there is a plate on the transaxle or motor thay could tell the only tag i can find is on the motor model number is 5bc 48 jb 722 a serial number is ewn i have nerold it down to being some where 1982 to 2000 whit haveing 2 backrest the steering wheel is a 3 spoke

Does it have solenoids behind the batteries or just resistor coils?

thats what i have 5 solnoids with 3 coils over them

Yes, you can get them.......if you look at the top of this page on the left directly under the "d" on "buggiesgonewild" it says "site sponsors"....click on that and chose one (might have to look a bit as some just specialize in one area) and you'll find them.....usually under "speed control parts" or "resistors"....

The three spoke steering wheel is of the 80s vintage...
I know on newer CCs there is a serial number tag behind the dash behind the key switch... |
