battries
what the lowest the voltage they can go with killing them dead to where you have to replace em i have some that are at 4 volts so i know that they will need to be replaced i have unhooked em and trying recharge them individually one that i recharged went from 5.75 to 5.99 volts and how long can you drive a car on a charge miles wise

Are you charging 6 volt batteries? Are those readings after 12hours rest or immediately after charging? Crash test dummy I believe posted something about this same topic recently but a 6volt battery should test above six volts after charging and resting 12 hours. What type of charger are you using?
