That's awesome on those guys helping you out. There's a reason BGW is the best forum ever. Bummer about the seats tho.

Well still didn't get plastic back I hope it turns out good. So today I will wire a hidden switch to make the cart run at half speed. 12 mph sould fast enough. For the kids

Question Is it just a 48 volt wire that turns it on on the Alltrax?

Then I will began cleaning up shop for the next build, it will be at least three four times harder and complicated.

Honestly doesn't surprise me about the whole hour thing. I've been that long and longer with forum members that are in reality helping a complete stranger share a common pasion. I don't have an answer about the wire sorry. JohnnyB on here is some sort of electrical savant you should hit him up.

Well ended up going with a different color. I also scored a set of 25 in imitation big horn tires. Just got about everything together. All I have left are mount lights cup holders and front bumper. In the picture the front fenders look close to tires for picture purposes I laid the front end on the cart and it slid down a couple inches, but I have plenty of room for the 25's

I also went with a 36 volt that plumb quick reworked. Not even close to power of the D&d / plumb quick motor. But it will turn the 25 in tires with poss traction and do 21 mph and only drawing 78 amps. If I Hooked to tree the 25s will turn and dig in, so it has 10 times torque as stock setup

Next week I hope to start on teardown of my precedent.
