Default Starting new build

image.jpg

Frame is from 2001 DS . I have gone over everything from scratch from wheel bearings to the water in batteries. I have three other carts that I have been robbing parts from.

Here our the plans . Welding rear diff, altrax 500, d and d motor ES -85 sent it to plumb quick for rework. Already have jakes a-arm running 25 in mudlights ( tape measure says 24). Got in Scott b f/ r contactor, 2 ga wire. New plastic from donor cart. My friend owns a sign shop so he is gonna hook up a color scheme ( olive drab with with stars on each side and one on front. New black seat covers (black) I want to give it a military touch since I'm a Iraq veteran.

Will post pics as it advances. Russ

That would be really nice. I like the color scheme for your cart. It's what I'm planning for my G2 once it's ready for paint.

Instead of painting I decided to go with the laminate, one it gonna be free minus a a case of beer. Two the material they use are super strong and scratch resistant. If it turns I don't like it, pull old heat gun and peal it off.
