Does anybody know who makes this style lift or even how many inches this is??

Looks homemade, funny.
That is a Buggies Unlimited Spindle lift, 6" variety, with Camber adjustment struts.
Same as on my buggy. Not the strongest, but fit my budget at the time. Still working fine.

You can Fab a Long Travel Lift or Buy one from a sponsor - link above. Guess it depends on your capabilities and what you'll use the cart for. Sounds fun either way!
