I got it directly from the source, now you know why there is a two week wait on the speed motors, but yall don't have to take my word for it, as I am the second person in this thread to say the same thing, or you can get on the phone, call around and ask some questions, just saying. I am just not as subtle

I have NO IDEA where

I have NO IDEA what they acrually do to them, but, if they do the job at a very reasonable price, who cares where they get them

When I called them they offered to take My STOCK MOTOR and do the Bandit upgrade to MY MOTOR and then send it back to me

All for a very reasonable price and they gaurantee it to work on the Club Car Precedent Excel System with all stock components

Maybe the STOCK AMD Motor is actually a D&D rebaged for AMD, whi knows for sure

I guess only Club Car and AMD & D&D Motors & ScottyB, knows for sure

I bought a BRAND NEW Club Car Precedent i2 Excel Drive Champion Edition at the end of the model year directly from Club Car in Agusta Georgia.
It is BRAND NEW, and I modded it with a New Hi Speed Motor, put on Larger tires and custom Rims, installed a VIP Dash, Radio, Speakers, Rear View Mirrors, upgraded the cables to HUGE cables, I had to DESIGN AND BUILD My own 1" lift kit.
The cart runs great as is. It will go almost 30mph. I was just looking to upgrade my controler ( but Mine works great as is ) because SOME say it is not heavy duty enough to handle the Hi Speed Motor with 14" Wheels, and 21" tires on it.

I hae been running it for 6 weeks now, without a single burp, os doing anything harmful to it.

These guy's know alot more then I do, so, I am trying to use their advice.

But, if you have a NEW STYLE CART, with the Excel Drive System, you are SCREWED, because no manufacturer wants to produce ANYTHING for this style of cart

If your SN starts with PD, or PH, You have the Excel Drive system and have to be happy with the things you have. There are not many AFTERMARKET items for them.... You'll be like me, BUILT IT YOURSELF

. . . Per Tahoe, if you want to eliminate the Excel controller and make it an IQ controller cart, there is a harness, club car part # 103374901, which is an IQ harness you swap out . . .

"You must replace the wire harness. After this has been completed the car is now "Wired" for an IQ controller. You must now install an IQ controller. The motor is the same between the two systems so there's no reason to change that." (Tahoe)

. . . so for those that really do not want the Excel controller system, there is an option . . .

Thank you for your helpful post
I will rememmber this

TahoedawgZ71 had already told me that part
I DO NOT want to be FORCED to DOWNGRADE the
wiring harness for this cart

I have another controller ( donated to me ) that Myself and a friend are looking into upgrading the MOSFET Transistors to make it deliver about 400 to 450 amps

If SUCESSFUL, I plan to post a DIAGRAM, along with a written explaination of what was done......

Again, thank you and everyone else for explaining to me better

And YES, I do UNDERSTAND that the wiring harness and controler are the ONLY 2 PARTS that are DIFFERENT with the two systemd, I guess that is why it is called the i2 Excel Drive system and the other is called the i2 IQ system

How much of a difference would it give your golf cart as far as speed/torque? I have a 08 CC DS running about 18 Mph.
