1997 villager 4 won't charge

Hi, I just upgraded a 1997 villager 4 with about 25 hours on it. Upgrades include new battery's , PQ bandit, new paint, new 10"wheels,hid lights.it also has a 300 amp controller stock from the factory, I will upgrade that next! Anyway, my cart won't charge! I jumped the gray wire the charger turns on, both fuses are good
I reset the obc acording to Sb,Also my charge light dont light, I think its my 17605 obc ?if it is dose any one have a used one ? any ideas? thanks Jef

Does the charger work on another cart? Are your batteries wired correctly?

Yes, Wired correct , 98% shure the charger is not the problem!i have a power drive 3 !

Could very well be OBC...
It would be nice to try your charger on a another cart to confirm OBC problem...

I did it works fine, could there be an issue with it being a newer power drive 3
charger? And not a pwd 2? Anyone have a obc for sale?

Have you tried to bypass the OBC to see if the charger works, until you know it works there is where the problem lies. You must confirm it works. Is there power to the outlet where it is plugged in? Is the circuit breaker in the charger tripped? saying it worked and it working now is 2 different things.

The charger only works when I jump out the gray wire on the back of the carts receptacle to ground, battery voltage is 50+ volts ,while charging

Okay buy a new OBC or a charger that doesn't require on. Check with sponsors of site they sell them.
