Default First thing i need?

Just bought a 94 CC DS for my daughter for christmas. I orderd a 6 inch jakes lift and larger 22" tires and rims for it. I did notice it didnt have enough power to drive up the ramp on my trailer and was wondering what i need to do to get better power out of it. It has interstate batteries in it and i have heard they are junk. Need alittle more power. dont need crazy speed cause my 12 year old will be driving it but i do want it to be able to get itself out of a dry ditch.

Welcome to BGW and to the world of carting Clickster!
That's awesome that you're getting your daughter a cart for Christmas...
Do you know if your cart is 36v or 48v? If the batteries each have 3 fill holes it's 36v, if they have 4 it's a 48v...
Scottyb on here is the man when it comes to upgrades. You just tell him your goals and he will set you up!

welcome to BGW
first make sure cart is fully charged , if it had trouble on a loading ramp it will not pull 22" tires

yea it wasnt fully charged. Also its a 36volt. are they Ok? taking the body off to be hydro dipped. after that i want to fix the speed of the cart and torque.

With the new tires, lift, dipping job, and cart i'll have right at 1800 in it. my projected build amount was 2400. so i have a little cash to work with on speed/torque.

Are there any tricks to help it out or as some say free mods that i can do?

i have the 93 36v cart , they are great !! not alot of speed ,12mph but very good torque
there is a conversion kit to 48v with a controller .. is it worth it ? for a 12 year old ? no
i'd just fix it up and let her run it for awhile then decide if you want her to have more speed/torque

yea thats down the road. The seats on it are fine right now. I might put a back seat on it that matches the front one. would hate to have to put seat covers on front and back. ouch.
