Apparently it's in a box...
I know on DS models it's under the passenger floorboard, but I guess it's not on a Precedent...

What is that thing in the middle pic. I have one of those on my CC DS 2004 model. I don't know what it is but it is located on the frame just in front of the driver side back wheel.

Take out the floor mat. The MCOR is part of the Accelerator pedal group that is access from under the floor mat.
