Re: Club car motor removal
. . . just slides out . . . sometimes . . some have had to remove complete axle, stand it on end, motor down, and lift/drop axle on wood surface (to protect lug bolts), until motor drops off . . be ready to catch it . . heavy . . others were able to use PB Blaster on shaft input/output connection at transaxle to break the rust/gunk that is keeping motor from sliding out . . . can be a 5 minute project or a 5 day project . . . good luck . .

Re: Club car motor removal
Ok I should have mentioned the cart has been under water and been sitting for a while. I got the motor to move but I think it pulled away from housing I have access now to hit it with pb blaster. Let it sit and soak a while if it doesn't break free looks like whole axel will be coming off
