Default shutters on take off

Hello, I was riding my cart yesterday, and noticed that it would shutter every time I take off from a stop. What could possibly cause this? Thanks

Bad battery(s)

What is the year, model, and voltage?
Also, does it have a rocker F/R switch or a knob?

Ok definitely a battery or multiple batteries that are weak under load.
How old are the batts?
Connect your DVM to each battery one at a time and press the go pedal. See which ones drop significantly while under load...

I'm not sure how old the batteries are, i just recently bought the cart. I never charged the cart since i had it. Is it possible it may need to be charged?

Yes, always charge them when you can! You are hurting your batts by not charging them...
These batteries like to be at 100% SOC.

Charger is designed to shut off automatically when batteries are fully charged.

There are some stickies at the top of the page go Electric CC that will be most helpful. Particularly on the batteries.
