Default Power drive 2 charger not coming on...

I've got an '03 DS IQ. The cart sat for awhile with no batteries in it before I bought it. I put 4 new 12v batteries in it and it ran well until it was time to charge it. I plugged in the power drive charger and the hooked it up to the cart and nothing happened.
On the advice from another member I checked the voltage at the dc plug on the cart and it's reading 48.2v. So I think the charger is seeing what it's supposed to yet it does nothing.
I checked the resettable fuse on the charger, it's good. I checked to make sure the charger is getting 120v, it's good. No humm, no clicks from the charger at all.
Any thoughts?

Not that this matters for charging, but doesn't an 03 have the six 8v configuration? You will get longer run times and battery life out of the 8v batts.
Have you tried an OBC reset? It is in the stickies up above...

I followed the resetting sticky to the letter. Never got the back up alarm noise though. At any rate, it made no difference in the charging situation.

Back up alarm didn't make noise when I reset my OBC either!

What is the pack voltage now? If you ran them too low the charger will not come on. You actually should of charged them before you used them. How long did you use them before you decided it was time to charge them?

Sometimes the buzzer doesn't sound, but it still gets reset...

They came fully charged when I got them. The pack is sitting at 48.2 volts right now.
This is my first cart and my first time using the charger so I've got no prior experience to judge against. I'm going to get a hold of another charger Tuesday and see if that works.

Just my one question because it is something I have seen done, are you sure you are plugging it in all the way?
