I put the meter on DC and connected it to the two big posts on the master selenoid. I got a reading of 5. And I got the same number off the other selenoids. What number am I looking for.

The meter reads voltage between + and -

Both of the large posts on the solenoid are connected to + cables.

I hooked the meter to a negative on the battery and then to the big post that hooks directly to the motor and got 201. The big post on the master that is connected to the bus bar I got 395. And all the rest of the selenoids I got 395. This was with the key on and the pedal pushed all the way down. I also tried tapping on the solenoid's? Does this sound right.

This is rare, often a sticky solenoid will disengage if you smack it with the handle of a long screwdriver (or other light hammer)
Put the cart on jacks - remove the seat...
work the gas up and down the 5 solenoid engagement range until it sticks on. then start tapping the solenoids one at a time - see if you can find and replace the stickie one.

PS
If it happens to the wife or you while driving simply put the gear selector in neutral to stop.
Try it this way

OK. I will give that a try tomorrow. Got errands to run the rest of the day. Thanks for the help.
