What are you talking about? Obviously you have no clue. I said nothing wrong, been trying to help you best I can with what little info you gave about the cart. An outside pic is all you offered up and I'm supposed to know everything about it. You better check yourself dude!

I'm going to assume a little here, your comment of around 8VDC is tell me the are under but near. So by that they (the Batteries are around 30/40% at best, Your buddies charger will be a 48VDC charger? If the answer is yes, it my not acknowledge the low voltage of the pack and not turn on, if the answer is no, un hook all the batteries and charge individually,(to cheat get them up to 70% by the chart posted) and re-hook them all up to start with your charger first, if that doesn't work try your buddies charger (if it was a yes to 48 volt DC)

the volts were 8.23 or something like that and yes the charger is 48v and I will try that(charging one at a time) thanks for the info. So you are saying the charger wont notice the charge if they are lower than 8volts?

yes if the pack it to low the charger will not identify the pack and not turn on, when charging individually use a standard 12Volt charger (car charger).
