Default Regen brake wire

Can I cut the regen brake wire going to the speed magnet on my 2010 precedent clubcar excel system, if so which one is it...I hate going slow

Aint gonna work. Ya think clubcar is gonna charge for speed, then allow you to get that speed free by disconnecting tach sensor?
