Solenoid doesnt click
I have an 05 Carryall 2 clubcar. 48v system. I'm not getting any click out of the solenoid and cart wont move. I can jump solenoid and it will run fine both forward and reverse. Replaced solenoid and still have the same problem. Changed out the speed controller with a known good one and have even put on a new F/R switch. Still no click coming out of solenoid. Any advice?

Re: Solenoid doesnt click
It may be as simple as no activation signal for the solenoid. There are a series of micro switches, at the F&R and at the mcor.

Re: Solenoid doesnt click
I found the problem. The connector for the on board charging computer had a pin that was pushed back and wasn't making good connection on the yellow wire going to the solenoid.

Re: Solenoid doesnt click
Well I figured it was something simple, as it usually is. I'm an ASE Master Tech on cars and I know a lot of the issues we find with electrical is a very simple fix but finding it can be a pain. Thanks for reply though.
