Default IQ v i2

Is the IQ an excel system like the i2 for club car? I can't get the alltrax controller to work on my 2010 CC i2. Alltrax swears it should work and they say it's my mcor but it worked fine with the stock Curtis controller

Thanks, this alltrax problem is making me crazy. I would buy the IQ harness but per your picture, wire harness (cmalberto) I don't think my cart got the recall mcor, because I still have the two smaller harnesses going to the throttle assembly. That's not the mcor harness is it. It's strange because I have a 2010

My wiring harness removed that piece...it plugs directly into the throttle assembly...it was triangular plug if I remember right.

FYI.... i2 is a body style, IQ and Excel are drive systems..... What drive system do you have on your Precedent i2? Give me your vehicle serial number and I'll tell you the deal.

Not looking to steal thread but I have a 2010 and looking to upgrade controller. My serial # is PQ1017-xxxxxx. If not mistaking, mine is IQ system??

IQ and Excel is only the features in the controller. The IQ controller is phazing out and excell is the only controller that will come with the cars now. When the IQ controllers run out you wll get an Excell controller. It has more program fetures to set and has different braking features in the controller.

It's more than just "features" They're two totally different controllers with different hardware and software. They're pinned differently. They don't play well together. If you've got an IQ car, you order an IQ controller. If you've got an Excel car, you order an Excel controller.
