Precedent Pedal Group
I recently purchased a 2008 Precedent. The company i purchased it from sells refurbished carts. Long story short, the MCOR needs to be replaced. The replacement MCOR sent does not fit on the shaft (Not even close). My question is, Is the part number of the pedal group in the picture for a Precedent or a DS. The little information on the net indicated this is a DS pedal group. Thanks!!!

Re: Precedent Pedal Group
That is the serial number for a pedal group on a precedent golf car. It now changes up to an mcor 4.

Re: Precedent Pedal Group
Thanks Dave!!! The Mcor 4 must need some sort of adapter to replace the Mcor 2. At least now I know the pedal group belongs to the Presedent.

Re: Precedent Pedal Group
Send a picture of the entire pedal group and not just the serial number. I'm trying to determine if you've got a Gen1 pedal group or a Gen2 pedal group. The MCOR 3/4 will not fit on a Gen1 pedal group no matter what you do. In this case, you must order the original Precedent MCOR, which is still available contrary to popular belief. Part number 102528501.

Re: Precedent Pedal Group
the new pedal group from the gen 1 is now gen 2.The gen 1 pedal has a straight throttle pedal and the gen 2 has a curved pedal. The second gen2 pedal group has anodized aluminum parts and has a gray colour to it instead of the aluminum colour. The mcor is now the #4.There is an adaptor to put on the pedal group to change up to run the mcor 3 and 4.An original pedal group needs the adaptor and a wire harness adaptor.
