01 48V Random Loss of Power
I apologize in advance if this problem has been addressed elsewhere in the forum, I have searched to no avail.
The Cart: -48 volt DS -Brand new batteries, less than a month old -4 gauge cables on the batteries -does not have a v-glide, Believe that mean it's a controller cart... -2001 -36 volt motor The issue: Will be driving along and all of a sudden I lose power and slow to a crawl. Then, the cart will gain full power randomly. I am thinking it is my solenoid but want to avoid going on a wild goose chase. Any help is appreciated!! |

Sounds like a possible mcor issue to me. Check passenger side underneath cart for mcor. Then do a search for testing to make sure you are getting full range
