Controller programing
If I purchase a GE regen 1 programable controller will it work without programing or will it have to be programed

. . . wait for Tahoe . . . my initial thought would be that the non-programmed GE Controller would be "dumb" until it is "told" what you want from it . . .

The controller will be programmed at the factory. Make sure you buy one for your specific drive system and motor.
