The f/r switch is a 3 position rocker switch. They aren't that expensive I would just buy one.

The motor has been upgraded. What kind of controller do you have?

To bypass F&R you may jump Orange to Brown for Forward and Orange to Blue for Reverse

The controller is a curtis pmc 250amp, I asume its the stock one. Is there any mods you can do to the controller. Also what where the stock motor sizes in these. Thanks for all the help, I dont want to burn anything up, looks like it could be a cool cart.

People generally don't do anything to the existing controllers. They simply replace them with higher amperage versions. The factory motor was 3.2 - 3.3HP
